I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is fantastic, with Central Park and Times Square just a short walk away. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired, and the condition of the hotel was less than ideal with noticeable wear and tear. For the price, it’s decent, but there are surely better options around.
This hotel boasts an old-world New York charm with a fantastic Midtown location, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking for value for money. The rooms were spacious and clean, although some renovations are needed. The staff, particularly Carlos the concierge, provided outstanding service. Altogether, it’s a lovely place to stay, but keep in mind that it might not be the newest property around.
